Last week was about "smart" fast food breakfast options. This week I thought I would share some "Macro Friendly" fast food options for when you are in a bind, having a crazy busy day or just don't feel like cooking.
I always feel I need to say this.. I am not suggesting that these be foods on your daily rotation BUT these foods will be some of the better options for you out there!
Let me say this...I only put one Chick Fil A item on the page but Chick Fil A is going to be one of your best options. Watch the dressings and make smart decisions when it comes to that.
Basically what most of the best fast food options came down to was some form of grilled chicken! So awesome to see fast food restaurants giving customers the ability to have something other than fried foods!
