Sean Rose - Personal Trainer

I grew up in Jeffersonville, IN and moved to Montana when I was 16 before joining the AF. Growing up I played baseball football, and ran cross country. Though active in sports, during the off seasons I lacked discipline and felt no purpose in training, spiraling and generally yo-yoing in weight and performance.

I fell in love with fitness and the life it began to give me at 16 when I started training CrossFit. My coach at the time helped shape who I am today, showing me what it meant to be confident, strong, and to push my limits. After 6 years in the sport and 2 years of competing my goals have shifted to running, I’ve ran multiple 5k, 10ks, and am training for 1/2 marathon PR currently. I love being active, gaining my life back through physical activity and helping others do the same as my coach once did for me. I received my CF-LV1 in 2021 and am NASM certified CPT working towards by BS in health and sports sciences.
