1. Pre-log your days

This seems like such an annoying process but trust me. This is especially important when you are first getting started…. a game changer! Take the time, 5- 10 min the night before or first thing in the morning to log your day. Not only will this give you some guidelines to the day but it will take so much stress away. No more thinking about what you are going to have for lunch or how you will try to make dinner fit into your day when you only have 5g of fat left.

2. Meal prep & portion out food ahead of time
3. Patience!
4. If it is a trigger food…do not keep it in the house
5. Progress isn’t only the number on the scale
6. Learn to delay instant gratification
7. Ask questions!
