Sheet Pan Beef Fajitas

Ingredients: 

  • 4 oz. Flat Iron Steak
  • 1 Cup of Red and Green Pepper Mix
  • 1/4 Cup of White Onion 
  • 1 Soft Corn Tortilla
  • 2 TBS Taco Seasoning 
  • Paprika - To Taste
  •  Chili Powder - To Taste
  • Lime Juice - To Taste
  • 2 oz. of Avocado
  • Handful of Romaine Lettuce

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray of choice or line with foil for easy clean up
  3. add the sliced onions, sliced bell peppers, and thinly sliced steak to the sheet pan, along with the taco seasoning, paprika, chili powder, and lime juice
  4. Using a pair of tongs toss everything together until the mean and veggies are well coated in the seasoning
  5. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes, or until the veggies are becoming soft and the steak has browned on the outside. Be careful of over-cooking the steak. Test a piece after 10 minutes to be sure that it's cooked to your liking!
  6. Serve in tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and avocado, as desired
  7. ENJOY!
