Ingredients: 

  • 4 oz of Shrimp 
  • 1/2 Cup Rice Pad Thai Noodles - 
  • Cooked 
  • 1 Cup Stir Fry Veggie Mix 
  • 1 TBS Coconut Oil 
  • 2 TBS Coconut Amino 
  • Add Cilantro (optional) 


Instructions

  1. Prepare rice noodles
  2. In a pan on medium heat, cook shrimp until tender
  3. Cook stir fry mix as desired
  4. Once rice noodles are tender, add to the pan with shrimp and veggies and turn off heat
  5. Add coconut oil and amino to the pan and toss until evenly coated
  6. Enjoy
