Shrimp Pad Thai

Ingredients:
- 4 oz of Shrimp
- 1/2 Cup Rice Pad Thai Noodles -
- Cooked
- 1 Cup Stir Fry Veggie Mix
- 1 TBS Coconut Oil
- 2 TBS Coconut Amino
- Add Cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare rice noodles
- In a pan on medium heat, cook shrimp until tender
- Cook stir fry mix as desired
- Once rice noodles are tender, add to the pan with shrimp and veggies and turn off heat
- Add coconut oil and amino to the pan and toss until evenly coated
- Enjoy
